This stunning couple came all the way out from my old stomping grounds of Los Angeles for a lovely afternoon of Superstition Mountain engagement photos!  It was really fun to reminisce with them about some of my favorite restaurants, and talk about entertainment industry stuff.  They are so incredibly sweet together, too!  I asked Sarah to tell me about Eddie’s proposal:

“In July, Eddie surprised me with a weekend getaway to Laguna Beach. We left Los Angeles early in the morning to make the drive down to Laguna. Before checking into our hotel, Eddie suggested we take a hike up to Aliso Peak. The hike was strenuous, but once we reached the peak, we were rewarded with stunning views of the Laguna coastline, and a bench to catch our breath on. We sat up on the peak taking in the amazing views, searching for whales, and watching the hummingbirds flutter about.

As we were about to make our way back down the peak, Eddie took my hand, got down on one knee and proposed. It was one of the most beautiful moments of my life. The hike back remains one of my favorite memories. We couldn’t wipe the smiles of our faces, and we spent the hike back hand in hand, gushing over our future together, making plans and reliving the moment over and over.

After the hike, Eddie took us to check into our hotel, and little did I know he reserved an ocean suite at the Ritz Carlton. Our room was covered in rose petals, framed photos of the two of us, dozens of chocolate covered starwberries and a vintage bottle of Dom Perignon Eddie had been saving for this special occasion. Eddie had a spa treatment reserved for me (my nails were a wreck and he knew the importance of having perfect nails for my ring selfies) We were treated to dinner and cocktails on the rooftop as we watched the sunset over the ocean. It was the perfect ending to my perfect day.”

So amazing, you two!  I’m so happy for you and this new chapter in your lives.  It was so great spending time with you!  And I kinda maybe want to try life as a redhead sometime.  You are gorgeous, girl!
