We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day for Tori & Geoff’s desert engagement photos. These two live in Dallas, and are getting married at the gorgeous Four Seasons resort in North Scottsdale.

I asked Geoff to tell me about when he knew Tori was the one, and how he proposed:

“I knew Tori was the one when we went on a road trip to Galveston, TX. We were both very unsure of how the weekend would go, and both admitted afterwards that it was more of a “make-or-break” weekend for both of us. After the long weekend, I realized that I hadn’t had that much fun in a very long time. I couldn’t get help but want to be around her all the time. I felt like she understood my sense of humor and would actually listen to my off-beat thoughts. She had me smiling the entire weekend!

We decided early on in 2016 that we really wanted to visit the island of Nantucket. We have always like the culture, food, and scenery there. We flew up to Boston in early August and went to a Red Sox-Yankees baseball game that night and drove to Chatham, MA the next day. From there, we chartered an “island hopper” plane to Nantucket (since all the ferries were booked). We walked to the most famous location on the island, Brant Point, where I had a local photographer waiting to take some candid pictures of us. Despite the travel delays and hot weather, she still said yes!”
