It was cold but beautiful for Kiley & Ty’s Tanque Verde Ranch wedding photos!  A crazy storm blew through the night before but we had clear sunny skies for their big day.

I asked them both to share a favorite memory from when they first started dating, and when they knew each other was the one:

Kiley:  I love the time we spent at my family’s cabin together.  It’s my favorite place in the world, and showing him around was like giving him and insider look into my childhood.  We got to go stargazing which is nearly impossible in the valley!  

I have a journal from high school, and as cliche as it sounds, I wrote back then that he was the one.  In the real world, outside of my 12th-grade infatuation, I knew he was the one when he got his puppy, Koda.  He is so loving with her, and I knew that would translate to everyone he came into contact with for the rest of his life.  He also loves to play on the floor with my dogs, which is a winning signal if I’ve ever seen one.

Ty:  When we went cliff jumping on our first date!  I loved seeing how she was excited to try adventurous things.

After being long distance for almost a year, Kiley came to visit me for a week.  We spent time in New Orleans, and she was even willing to stay in a trailer park with me!  One night, she made me dinner… when I got home and saw her so excited to see me after work, I knew that’s what I wanted for the rest of my life.
