What an incredible day for Sheridan & Tyler’s Loews Ventana Canyon Resort wedding photos! This was the first ceremony the resort has had out on the green and I’d say it was well worth it! The views were incredible and the setting sun was simply beautiful.
I asked them each to tell me about how they met and when they knew each other was the one:
Sheridan: Tyler and I have known each other and have been friends since the 6th grade. We both grew up playing soccer for the same club. In the eighth grade, we actually “dated” and were one another’s first kiss, but I got scared and we broke up (oops). We always remained in the same friend group though, and really started dating again our senior year of high school. Tyler asked me on a dinner date, and then I asked him that night to the Sadie Hawkins Homecoming Dance. We have been together ever since!
It may sound cliche, but for me, the night of our first date senior year when Tyler kissed me, I just knew something was different with him. I knew him pretty well as a person through our long-time friendship, but as we grew closer as a couple, he continued to amaze me in how incredible of a person he really is.
Tyler: I don’t think there was a single moment that I can pinpoint, but during our freshman year of college we took a break for a month. I realized I was an idiot for breaking up with her, and I didn’t want to be without her.
