Kendra & Kevin’s Terravita Golf Club engagement photos were so beautiful! When you have access to a private country club, always take advantage, especially if it’s set in one of the most picturesque areas of Scottsdale’s Sonoran Desert. We had the entire place to ourselves that afternoon and got to explore some really lovely areas of the property.  Kendra & Kevin live in Chicago so it was a perfect weekend escape to the sunshine and warmth of Arizona.

I asked Kendra to tell me about how Kevin proposed:

“We got engaged Friday, September 15th, 2017. We’d both gotten home from a long day of work and had plans to get dinner and drinks with our close friends. We both got ready and unbeknownst to me, the night would take a different turn. Following a couple of drinks at home, we set out for a bar just south of our apartment, and it made sense we would take the river walk.

As we stepped onto the river walk, Kevin began his proposal speech and shortly after got down on one knee and proposed. Both in tears, we popped a bottle of champagne (conveniently hidden by Kevin in the bushes) then headed to Topo Gigio, where another surprise waited. Both families–parents, brothers, and sisters–were waiting to celebrate, all a surprise to me and all planned by Kevin.”

So excited for their wedding this spring at The Country Club at DC Ranch!
