Kelsey & Carter had such a bright & colorful Saguaro Scottsdale wedding! Â They started off the day with a ceremony at Brophy Chapel, then on to the festivities at the Saguaro. Â Kelsey & Carter told me they wanted their wedding to be a PARTY and for everyone to have a good time. Â It was certainly one of the most crazy fun receptions, and largest sparkler exit, I’ve been a part of to this day.
I love seeing the different dynamic in all the couples I work with, and how two different people complement each other.  I asked Kelsey some of the things about Carter that she loves:
“He is so funny and charming, but at the same time can be so shy. I enjoy his sense of humor, his ability to stay calm even when everything else may go awry, and his boldness when challenging my hard headed ways. Â We have very strange chemistry, but we keep each other laughing constantly so it all works out. Carter is easy going, while Kelsey enjoys schedules and routines. Making plans is ALWAYS an adventure.”
With that said, I asked Carter how he pulled off his proposal to Kelsey at one of their favorite date night spots:
“I told her that we would be going out of town for the weekend so that she would think I was planning to propose. On that Wednesday we went to a movie, and I picked her up after work and drove to the theater. I drove her to the top of a high parking garage to get her irritated that I was passing many levels of open spots. We reached the top which was outside and completely empty, and after we exited the car I got down on one knee and proposed – she of course said yes.”
So perfect, so them. Â Congrats you two!!
