Heather and Jonathan chose an epic location for their Flagstaff engagement photos! With dark skies, impending rain, and dropping temps, these two were even more sweet, romantic, and fun with each other! And this scenic location was literally in the backyard of his parents’ lovely cabin. This area is even more special for them because it’s where Jonathan proposed! Here’s his full story:
“Heather and I built a tree swing close to my parents cabin in Flagstaff that overlooks a beautiful meadow. I told our friends and family the plan, and they helped decorate the swing and bench with all of the necessities, and of course, champagne. I took Heather out there and told her that I needed to check the trail cameras for the upcoming hunting season. When we got to the swing she just kept asking “What is going on?” So, I had her sit on the swing, and I tried to get out my whole speech I had planned, then I got down and asked her to be my wife. Obviously she said yes, and we shared a few minutes alone and had a toast. Then I called out to my brother and best friend who were wearing camouflage taking pictures the whole time to come out of their hiding places to join us! We spent the whole weekend celebrating at the cabin with family and close friends!”
Thank you both so much for trusting me to be a part of this special place of yours, and for being so welcoming to me. I can’t wait for your wedding!
