These two New Yorkers brought nearly their entire guest list out to Arizona to experience the beauty of the Southwest for their Seven Canyons Sedona wedding photos.  The threat of late summer rain loomed in the air but it didn’t phase them as they took everything in stride.  Their day was filled with accents of the old west including horseshoes & antlers, and Arizona gave their guests one of the best sunsets I’ve seen in a long time!

I asked them to tell me about when they got engaged:

June 30, 2016 at Loeb Boathouse in Central Park. Tom asked Lauren to meet him there around 4:30PM stating that he and friends were doing happy hour… Lauren was busy at work and had a lot to do before they left for Newport Beach the next morning. She ended up leaving the office (blocks from the park) around 7:00PM and heading home to the Union Square Park area. Both of their phones died at one point or another but he called her and again, asked that she join. She finally made it there 4 hours after he had arrived. He ended up proposing on the sidewalk and then they went inside to where his family had been waiting. They had dinner (where he spilled a bottle of champagne on her lap). It was perfectly imperfect!

So happy for you two!  Thank you so much for trusting me to be there on the first day of your marriage!
